Holiday Season UPDATE:
This Holiday season will be unique in many ways. With Covid 19 pandemic spreading all around the globe, social distancing during Holidays may be heartbreaking for family and friends. What will not change is our desire to show love, attention and appreciation during this period. Love can not be restricted.
Please read carefully my shedule for Holiday shopping and order in time. I do my best to finish and send all Christmas present orders ASAP and made sure I will have enough materials and fabrics for my orders. All you need to do is just make sure you ordered your gift in timely manner.
I accept Christmas present orders all through November and first week of December. The latest deadline for Holiday shopping items is 10th of December. This will allow me to have enough production time and up to 5 business days at least for International Express shipping. All orders during this period will be sent via FedEx Express or DHL Express, regardless of your location Worldwide. So order with confidence before this date. Happy Shopping!
Shipping charge is based on the exact weight of the products, not flat shipping rate. Your shipping charges are automatically calculated from the Shopify system, based on the combined weight of the products in your cart.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All my products are made to order, designed and handmade by me! So Please allow 5 то 7 business days for production, depending on the volume of work and amount of orders that needs to be fulfilled. Once printed and sewn I carefully inspect your order for defects before sending.
*** Due to the current pandemic situation Worldwide all orders are sent via FedEx Express or DHL Express courier that are still available. We can not use Postal service to ship orders international as most flights are cancelled etc.
Location: I am based in Bulgaria, Europe. All items are designed and produced from my studio locally. I can send Worlwide. I do not use dropshipping from China or any other location, other than Bulgaria. I am not part of any affiliate program. If you find my designs on other places, please be aware that they are not an original ARTBEDDING product.
!!! Please note that there are a few shops from China and Vietnam with designs from my website and other fellow artists, they even have a watermark. Please be careful in ordering as this may be a SCAM and support the real artists if you can.
*** IMPORTANT: Please note that I am not responsible for any duties/taxes/VAT/import/handling fees charged by other countries at customs. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are solely the responsibility of the buyer. If you are not sure if you qualify for Import/Duty tax please check before ordering. Each destination country has a different minimal set up limits for imports from European Union. / USA, Canda, Australia are not charged/;
I have combined shipping charge for multiple items / based on the combined weight of your order/. Shipping method is selected automatically from the system based on the weight of your purchased item(s).
*** All Shipping & handling fees are the minimum amount I need to send your item and they are based on the weight of the order and zoning. In most cases I cover a part of the shipping charges also. Please have in mind that I have to use Express International service and I made sure that you get a reasonable price in this specific situation. If you have any doubts you can check shipping charges for Express service on FedEx / DHL Express websites.
In your cart you can use Shipping Estimate charge calculator to check your charges before you proceed to checkout.
*** DELIVERY TIME: DHL Express / FedEx Express service takes up to 5 business days for USA, Canada and 5 to 7 days for rest of the World and up to 3 days for EU ( at this time it may take longer, for Australia it can take up to 10 business days). I made sure that distance will not be an issue and you will not have to wait long to receive your item. Shipping with DHL / FedEx is fast and secure.
DHL Express/ FedEx Express does not deliver to PO.BOX as they have strict Proof of Delivery Signature policy. I would need a phisical address in order to use Express service. If you provided PO. BOX please send me an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or I will contact you prior shipping.
For shipping of your order I will use THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT. Please check your receipt and ensure that your shipping address is correct . Providing correct shipping address will prevent your order from loss. If this is the case I am not to be held responsible. If however some address is incorrect and I do receive your order back I can resend it again to the correct address that you provide if you are willing to pay the additional shipping charge. If you contact me before sending I can correct your shipping info but I can not do it after I dispatch it.
All my products are MADE TO ORDER !!! I do not hold a stock of it.
Orders canceled before shipping may be subject to a materials fee. In case you changed your mind please react straight away / not later than 2 days after order/ and do not wait until I already produced your order and invested time, efforts and materials that are due to your personal design choice, size and finish/; Material fees are between $40 - $70 USD, depending on the size of your bedding set and $15- $40 for wall tapestries.
Cancellations and Returns are NOT accepted at any time for Custom size prints. Please order carefully!

If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from ARTBEDDING, you can return your item(s) as follows:
- Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- Product is not from the Outlet section.
- Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
Just a note: You are responsible for return shipping fees. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.
Returns processing and credits will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of your returned item(s).
You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.
The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).

The items you have received are damaged
- Contact me within 24 hours of merchandise arrival, mentioning your Name, Order Number, the Product Code or description of the damaged items and attaching detailed pictures of the damaged items and of the packing material.
- do not ship the damaged items back until we give you proper instructions.
The items you have received are incorrect
Please within 5 calendar days of receiving the order, mention your Name, Order Number and clearly describe the problem with your item. We will give you clear and simple instructions. You may be asked to send us some pictures of the incorrect items.
CUSTOM ORDERS: A Custom Order is any item made to an individual’s specifications. Once purchased, it cannot be returned for any reason. Please order carefully! Once a design and price have been agreed upon, a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required, with the balance due at completion.
I do not accept Returns for an exchange as I do not hold stock. All my products are made-to-order !!!
